The Purchaser hereby acknowledges, represents, and agrees as follows:

● The machine purchased is a refurbished machine, and the Purchaser accepts the
machine in its refurbished condition, including any cosmetic or non-material variations
consistent with refurbished equipment.
● The Purchaser understands and accepts the estimated turnaround time required prior to
shipment of the refurbished machine from TSS.
● The Purchaser acknowledges receipt of and understanding of the parts warranty
applicable to the refurbished machine, including all limitations, exclusions, and
conditions.
● The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is subject to a limited
warranty and that no other warranties, express or implied, apply except as expressly
stated in writing by TSS.
● The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any battery-related warranty claims must
be handled directly with the original manufacturer following purchase.
● The Purchaser shall be responsible for providing a valid delivery address and
designated point of contact and shall ensure acceptance of the machine upon delivery.
● The Purchaser shall be responsible for all additional accessorial charges assessed by
the freight carrier that were not included in the original freight quotation, including but not
limited to liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery, or similar services.
● The Purchaser agrees to inspect the machine immediately upon delivery and to report
any shipping damage to TSS and clearly document such damage on the Bill of Lading
(“BOL”).
● The Purchaser acknowledges that signing the BOL without notation of damage
constitutes acceptance of the machine as delivered and confirmation that no shipping
damage is present.
